Exhale Energetics is a space to step away from the noise, expectations and need to have everything figured out, and have some time for you.

You don't need to be spiritual, understand energy work or arrive with all the answers. Come as you are.

Through Spinal Energetics and Reiki, I offer space to slow down, surrender, get curious and notice what's present. Your experience is entirely your own. It may be emotional, physical, subtle, still, deeply relaxing or something you can't quite put into words. There is no right way for a session to look or feel.

I'm not here to fix you or tell you who you should be. I'm here to meet you where you are, without judgement, and walk alongside you as you explore your own body, knowing and experience.

Sometimes you don't need to do more. Sometimes you just need the space to come back to yourself.

Individual, couples and group sessions available.
